CamboStays is an online platform that enables property owners or managers ("Hosts") and individuals seeking accommodation ("Guests") to connect for short-term and long-term property rentals.

CamboStays:

• Is not a property owner, landlord, tenant, broker, or real estate agent
• Does not inspect, verify, or guarantee properties
• Does not control or manage rental agreements between users

All rental arrangements are made directly between Hosts and Guests.

3. Eligibility

To use CamboStays, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information

CamboStays reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your information accurate and up to date

CamboStays is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. Host Responsibilities

If you list a property on CamboStays, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to rent the property
• Property information is accurate and not misleading
• You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, and permits
• You are solely responsible for your property, pricing, availability, and rules

CamboStays is not responsible for property condition, safety, legality, or compliance.

6. Guest Responsibilities

If you book or inquire about a property, you agree that:

• You will use the property lawfully and responsibly
• You will respect host rules and local laws
• Any disputes related to the rental are between you and the host

CamboStays is not responsible for guest behavior or rental outcomes.

7. Bookings and Communication

CamboStays facilitates communication between users but:

• Does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or completion of any booking
• Is not a party to any rental agreement
• Does not mediate disputes unless stated otherwise

Users are solely responsible for their communications and agreements.

8. User Content

Users may post content such as listings, descriptions, messages, or reviews ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

• Confirm you own or have rights to the content
• Grant CamboStays a non-exclusive right to display and use it on the Platform
• Agree not to post false, illegal, or harmful content

CamboStays may remove content at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading listings
• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

CamboStays may suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• To protect platform security or other users
• At its sole discretion, with or without notice

CamboStays is not liable for termination-related losses.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
• CamboStays makes no warranties regarding properties, users, or outcomes
• CamboStays does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or reliability of listings

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CamboStays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• CamboStays is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or disputes between users
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to CamboStays

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamboStays, its owners, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with other users

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. CamboStays is not responsible for their content, services, or practices.

Use third-party services at your own risk.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the CamboStays Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

16. Modifications to the Terms

CamboStays may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.
